The hotel was exceptional and had very friendly and extremely helpful staff from the security to reception. Its ideal, very central location was a plus. There was a signature restaurant nearby.

The staff were eager to help and really took care of me. Had great-sized and fashionable room with king bed and a wonderful view, for example, and protected with smoke detectors. The service was amazing and the pool was nice.

Great-sized room with an exquisite view of both the marina and the city from the window 🌆. The bed was super comfy and the bathtubs worked perfectly.

Incredible and amazing location to attractions like Esplanade, that was right at the hotel. Full cooked breakfasts with international dishes and also fresh ‘ was large.

The staff provided top-notch service, even during challenging moments like a triggered fire alarm and being locked outside our room. Clean and well-equipped room with a nice view. Pleasant and comfortable stay with excellent hotel facilities. Good location close to Marina Square Mall and nearby shopping centers with lots of affordable restaurants.

Nearby, there was a Chihuly Lounge where we could relax; the rooms were incredible and having free Wi-Fi was a huge plus; it was also convenient that it was just a 10-minute walk to the waterfront promenade.

The staff at this venue were very helpful in organizing our Christmas plans, and the room was like being in a 3D movie with a living area and a writing table, the amazing service and excellent food made for a wonderful experience.

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, and we could reach a shopping mall by walking. We stayed in the a double room equipped with a beautiful view, a cake, large windows.

It has unbeatable and exceptionally nice location to see a giant observation wheel. The whole interior is modern and rooms are well-appointed and brand-new. Exceptionally attentive personnel is with excellent service.

Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, we had an unforgettable stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The staff's attentiveness surpassed any other hotel we've stayed in across 68 different countries. Adding the lounge option to our room reservation was a wise choice - excellent breakfast, afternoon/evening snacks, and exceptional service. The room on the 27th floor was spacious with stunning views. The full five-star service and the incredible bathtub view made this stay truly exceptional. A decadent spend, but worth every cent.
